ITINERARY

 INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

“Chapter Leader’s Conference” is scheduled from Thursday’15^thOctober’09 till Saturday’17^th October’09.

Hamza Khan and Amna Malik are the Official correspondents of the “Chapter Leader’s Conference” (phone numbers are listed at the end of this document). A team of 2 people is invited from every student chapter, comprising of the Chairperson of the respective ACM chapter and a Technical expert. SCHEDULE DETAILS AND EVENTS:

Thursday 15^th October 09:

• We are expecting the participants from all chapters to arrive Thursday evening.
• Transportation will be provided to the rest house at your arrival.
• Dinner will be served at the lodges at 9:00 pm.

 On Friday’16^th October’09:

• Breakfast to be served at NUCES-FAST at 9 am sharp.
• The Teams from Lahore are most welcomed to join us at the breakfast and accompany us for the Whole Day.
• A tour of the university will be provided after the breakfast.
• A room will be provided to you for the preparation of your presentation.
• Lunch will be served in the campus at 1:30 pm sharp.
• First session of the meeting will take place on 3:30 pm sharp.
• Introduction session and 5-8 minute presentations from each ACM chapter.
• Break from 6:00 till 6:30 pm.
• Presentation from NUCES-ACM followed by a detailed presentation on GEEK WEEK.
• Conclusion of presentations.
• Tour of Lahore and dinner.

  Saturday’17^th October’09:

• Breakfast in Fast at 7:30 am sharp.
• Meeting of the chairs will take place from 8 to 11 am. Collaboration and marketing details will be discussed.
• Meeting of the technical personnel will take place from 11 to 2 pm. All the technical details will be covered in this session.
• Lunch will be served at 2 pm sharp.
• The Final Geek Week Presentation will be held in the presence of our Respected Director, Faculty Advisor, Mr. Belal Hashmi, co-Faculty advisor, Mr. Khurram Siddiqi, and all the student chapters at 4:30 pm.
• Collaboration document will be signed in the closing ceremony.
• Tea will be served at 7:00 pm.
• Transportation to be provided to all the participants to their departure spots.
